Abchurch lists main market fund

Quorum Oil and Gas Technology Fund Limited today announces the admission of its shares to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market.
Abchurch Communications had been appointed to provide financial communications for the IPO and has been retained for ongoing consultancy.
The Fund is a registered closed-ended investment company incorporated in Guernsey to provide expansion capital to companies which own and/or are developing proven proprietary technology which may have a potentially significant effect on the oil and gas industry.
Admission follows a first tranche placing by Winterflood Investment Trusts of approximately 4.3 million of the Fund’s Shares, which raised approximately US$43 million before expenses at the placing price of US$10 per share.
