Mountfield looks to build on successful AIM admission

Mountfield Group plc, a provider of integrated specialist construction support services, has successfully commenced trading in its shares on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

Abchurch Communications is providing an integrated communications programme as the appointed PR adviser to the Group.

Mountfield Group is a provider of specialist construction and property services to the private sector. The Group’s principal activity is the internal construction and fit out of data centres for a number of industry sectors including telecoms and IT. Mountfield consists of three integrated businesses employing approximately 70 specialist tradesmen. The Group intends to acquire additional businesses that will add further complementary services and cross-selling opportunities to both the private and public sectors.

The Group’s market capitalisation on admission is £16.96 million.
