Sagentia joins up with Abchurch

Sagentia Group plc (AIM: SAG), a technology and product development company, has appointed Abchurch to manage its financial, investor and corporate communications programme.

The Group’s principal business is as an international technology consulting company providing outsourced R&D consultancy services from market analysis, through product development to transfer-to-manufacturing for the medical, consumer and industrial sectors.  Sagentia has developed new technologies, products and services that change the basis of competition for its clients and customers. The Group also assists business leaders to create strategies for technology, innovation and growth. Sagentia’s central characteristic has been a drive to innovate and to create value from technology while incorporating business acumen.

Abchurch will provide the Cambridge-headquartered Group with strategic advice on financial communications and investor relations from its head office in London.  Leading the team will be Managing Director Henry Harrison-Topham, supported by Nick Probert and Claire Dickinson.
