Abchurch wins Financial PR and Trade PR brief

Ultimate Finance Group plc (“Ultimate Finance” or “the Company”) has appointed Abchurch Communications to support the Group’s growth through an integrated financial PR, corporate PR, and investor relations programme.

Ultimate Finance is a leading provider of factoring, invoice discounting and financial solutions to the SME sector, and the recent acquisition of Ashley Commercial Finance Limited in October 2010 further strengthens the Company’s offering.  Ultimate Finance was founded by Chief Executive Richard Pepler and Group Managing Director Jeremy Coombes in response to increasing demand from SMEs for flexible funding solutions to help them better manage their cashflow, invest in their businesses and fund expansion.

Since it was established and launched on the Alternative Investment Market in 2002, Ultimate Finance’s strong organic growth has been sustained through a difficult time in the industry, and the Company’s offering of an alternative to bank finance to SMEs has proved to be highly successful in a difficult economic environment.

Abchurch is charged with raising the profile and promoting the compelling proposition of Ultimate Finance to investors, as well as SMEs and their advisors, through outreach to the media and analyst communities.  With offices in Bristol, Manchester, Tunbridge Wells and Birmingham, Abchurch will also work with Ultimate Finance to promote the Company within the regional press.
