Volvere invests in Abchurch

Volvere plc, the turnaround investment company which is quoted on AIM, has hired Abchurch Communications to provide ongoing financial and corporate PR advice. Abchurch, one of the UK’s leading financial, corporate and investor communications consultancies has been given a remit to build up the profile of Volvere’s achievements as a turnaround specialist and facilitating deal flow by promoting the Company’s services as a target for disposals.
The Company acquires distressed assets that are underserviced by their management. Volvere purchases these businesses at low cost, rebuilding its operations and structure over a period of a few years to then sell it on as a growing business. The Company has four operating subsidiaries: Sira Test and Certification, Sira Environmental, Sira Defence and Security and Interactive Prospect Targeting.
Leading the Abchurch account will be Henry Harrison-Topham, Managing Director who heads up the Special Situations team, George Parker and Mark Dixon who all have strong experience in the speciality finance sector.
